About the Role

As an Advanced PBS Practitioner, you'll provide high – quality, trauma informed behaviour support while contributing to service growth, clinical excellence, and team development.

You'll:

·       Deliver comprehensive functional behaviour assessment (FBA) and develop interim and comprehensive PBS plans aligned with NDIS Commission guidelines.

·       Implement proactive and capacity building strategies for individuals, families, and support teams.

·       Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to support workers and clinicians to embed positive behaviour frameworks.

·       Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure holistic, person- centered outcomes.

·       Lead quality assurance, reporting, and compliance processes under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.

·       Support continuous improvement and contribute to staff development initiatives.

You'll play a key role in driving best practice and ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

About You

You're a confident and compassionate support professional who leads with empathy and evidence.

You have strong clinical reasoning, a coaching mindset, and a commitment to positive change.

You'll bring:

·       NDIS registration as an Advanced PBS Practitioner (core Level 2 or Advances Level 3)

·       Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology.

·       Proven experience delivering behavior support in disability or mental health settings.

·       Excellent communication, report writing, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain).
