Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Project Administrator to play a key role in supporting our Urban Development team across the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking consultancy where your work will directly contribute to the delivery of exciting, long-term rewarding projects on the Sunshine Coast.

This will be a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide administrative and project support to Project Managers and leaders
  • Assist with bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
  • Support project controls including invoicing, scheduling, supplier engagement, timesheets, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records through ourCRM systemand ensure projects meet governance and quality requirements
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, external clients, and stakeholders
  • Promote strong health, safety, and environmental practices across projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administration role
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, professional, and collaborative approach to your work
