The RoleYou will manage and motivate our skilled technicians and support team, allocating jobs efficiently, and maintaining our quality standards and reputable brand.
Some duties include:
- Oversee workshop and allocated work, engaging with technicians to ensure that quality standards and productivity targets are achieved in line with company KPIs.
- Drive efficiency and profitability, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional people supervision, quality control and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical guidance, sharing your industry knowledge and experience including responsibility for the development and growth of workshop technical skills.
- Induct, support and train new workshop employees, monitoring progress and communicating feedback.
- Monitor and actively engage in preventative WHS management and compliance, communicating expectations and leading by example
