Stateside Sports is on the hunt for a passionate, retail driven Supervisory Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at our Warringah Mall Store

About The Role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you'll be the heart of the store, leading your team to create an amazing customer experience. As a true brand ambassador, you'll bring our vision, values, and style to life With your passion for streetwear fashion and customer connection, you'll help customers find the perfect pieces, offer styling tips, and keep the sales flowing — all while having fun and inspiring your team to do the same

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Create an unforgettable customer experience by offering expert styling advice, highlighting special promotions, and answering any product inquiries.
  • Take charge as a team leader, supporting opening and closing procedures to keep daily operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with the team to fulfill online orders and roll out in-store promotions and exciting campaign activations.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock deliveries and cycle counts, to keep the store organized and well-stocked.
  • Stay in the know about the latest products and fashion trends, and don't hesitate to connect with customers through your shared love of streetwear and sports

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail sales and customer service.
  • A true passion for streetwear fashion
  • High energy and enthusiasm to make an impact with customers and help build a Stateside Sports community.
  • Comfortable working with individual KPIs and sales targets — ready to crush those goals
  • Great availability, including peak trade times and between 7am to 7pm daily.
  • Must have full Australian working rights.

*This role is in accordance with the Fair Work General Retail Industry Award, with penalty rates that may vary based on age and shift times.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: Up to $34.48 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 38 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Public holidays
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

  • Commission
  • Penalty rates
