The Role

This isn't your average retail gig. You'll be the face of the brand – creating standout moments for every customer, bringing energy to the floor, and helping make our store a place people want to come back to.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating memorable customer experiences (and having fun while doing it)
  • Helping the team meet sales and performance goals
  • Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, and on-brand
  • Supporting in-store events and product launches
  • Learning heaps and growing with a supportive team

About You

  • Energetic, friendly, and fun to be around
  • Passionate about great customer service and making people feel good
  • A strong communicator who can handle a chat or a tricky customer convo
  • Loves being part of a team but can work independently too
  • Availability over weekends, evenings, and busy retail periods
  • Into movement, fashion, or just living an active, positive lifestyle
  • Open to feedback and always keen to improve
