Over 12 months, you'll rotate through different teams, contribute to real projects, and build the skills and confidence to thrive in the public sector.

You'll be supported every step of the way - with mentoring, training, and opportunities to explore your interests. Whether you're drawn to science, policy, communications, or data, there's space here for you to grow.

We're offering up to 10 graduate positions starting in February 2025, with a pathway to permanent employment upon successful completion of the program.

We welcome graduates from a range of disciplines and backgrounds, and we especially encourage applications from young people, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and those living with a disability.
