An exciting permanent opportunity to join one of the largest and longest running Strata Management Companies in Queensland. They offer personalised and professional advice and services to their clients. Located in Cairns, this business is currently looking for a permanent full-time Strata Manager to bring a unique and personal approach.

Your new role

As the Strata Manager, you will manage an already established portfolio of strata titled residential and commercial buildings. You will provide high quality professional, friendly, confident communication and management of telephone enquiries and emails. As well as work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service, finding the perfect balance between professionalism, friendlessness, and fun.

You will also be responsible for but not limited to:

• Preparation and distribution of budgets, agendas and minutes
• Attending meetings, both committee and general
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure your portfolio remains compliant with compliance-related matters such as WH&S, Fire Safety and other relevant legislative requirements
• General administration functions

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking a well-presented, professional and team-focused Strata Manager with a positive, compassionate attitude. You will have recent experience as a Strata Manager or transferable skills with a keen interest in becoming a Strata Manager. Strong computer skills are essential as well as being highly organised, with the ability to multitask, high attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.

Experience with StrataMax would be desirable but not essential.
