THE MISSION:
Montessori Care is scaling. We are a faith-inspired provider bringing dignity and independence to aged and disability care. We are moving from a state provider to a national brand. We need a visual storyteller to capture the heart of our mission and broadcast it to the world.

THE ROLE:
You are the Creative Engine. You report to the Marketing Team and work alongside our Web Developer. Your job is to kill "boring" and replace it with "human." You will produce the assets that drive our leads, recruit our staff, and define our brand.

WHAT YOU WILL EXECUTE:

  • Video First:
    You will shoot and edit high-quality video content. From 15-second social cuts (Reels/TikTok) to long-form client testimonials and corporate training assets.
  • Motion Graphics:
    You will bring static assets to life. If we have a statistic or a quote, you make it move, breathe, and grab attention.
  • The "Montessori" Aesthetic:
    You will curate a visual style that reflects our core values: compassion, excellence, and human dignity. No generic stock photos. Real people, real care.
  • Campaign Support:
    You will feed the Business Development team with brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks that help them close deals.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • The Swiss Army Knife:
    You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A Storyteller:
    You understand that a video isn't just footage; it's a story. You know how to use pacing, music, and audio to make people

  • Respectful & Empathetic:
    You will be filming vulnerable people. You must treat them with the utmost dignity and respect.
  • Fast:
    You don't take weeks to edit a 30-second clip. You move at the speed of social media.

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES:

  • A showreel/portfolio is required. If you don't send one, we won't read your CV.
  • Ability to travel within Sydney/Central Coast/South Coast for shoots.
  • Experience with camera gear (lighting/audio) is a massive plus
