We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to support our growing operations.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience processing high-volume payroll alongside general administration tasks, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate, high-volume data entry of weekly timesheets
  • Processing new starters, payroll changes, and payroll tax
  • Responding to enquiries from employees, clients, and management
  • Meeting payroll reporting requirements and KPI targets
  • Answering incoming phone calls and relaying messages accurately
  • Electronic filing, handling incoming/outgoing mail, and general administrative duties

About You

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong and accurate keyboard and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of staff
  • Flexibility to adapt to weekly workload and team requirements
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • A current C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport
