A leading National Managed Service Provider based in Adelaide's Inner North-West requires a Presales Solution Engineer for a permanent vacancy commencing immediately, within their Professional Services practice. The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.

Your new role

Within this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing technology roadmaps and strategy.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for the sales team.
  • Delivering technical solutions and proposals.
  • Attending client meetings to identify design and final solutions.
  • Assisting in technical project scoping, management and delivery.
  • Designing and deploying new infrastructure solutions, and enhancements to existing solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in presales, solution design, scoping and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Intune / Autopilot, Azure, VMware / Hyper-V, LAN / WAN / SD-WAN, Backup & Disaster Recovery, VoIP and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent ability to communicate across all levels of an enterprise business.
  • A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure, VMware, Cisco and Fortinet certifications are beneficial.
  • Prior experience working in a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
  • Current driver's license and access to a car.
