About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join the highly skilled team within our Intensive Care Unit.

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you will support the Nurse Unit Manager in the daily operations of our ICU. In this pivotal role, you will provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and adherence to safety protocols. You will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters and effectively managing resource allocation to support optimal unit performance. Additionally, you will play an active role in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to staff education and professional development.
A minimum of 3 years experience is essential.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or be eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. A post graduate qualification in Critical Care Nursing (Intensive Care Nursing) is highly desirable.
