About the Role:

Join our dedicated Diabetes Service team as a Clinical Nurse within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network and help transform lives through exceptional patient care.

In this role you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diabetes, working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving health outcomes. You will deliver evidence-based care, patient education and support families navigating diabetes management.

Your expertise and commitment will be invaluable in ensuring patients receive the guidance and resources they need to effectively manage their condition and improve their overall wellbeing.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

To excel in this role will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrate experience in clinical nursing, preferably in diabetes or endocrinology.
