About the role

We are looking for a receptionist for a busy switch board and showroom.

The responsibilities for this role are not limited to but include;

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Processing of invoices
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and customer lounge
  • Scanning and filing
  • Daily banking
  • General administration tasks as required

Skills and Experience

This is a very busy and integral position to the dealership.

  • Can do attitude essential.
  • Accurate work and attention to detail.
  • The ability to take instructions from various managers and prioritise accordingly.
  • A friendly personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Not be afraid to ask questions and put up your hand when you need help.
  • Problem solving skills with common sense and initiative.
  • Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
