Sharper Facility Services is a premium commercial cleaning company, servicing high-end clients across Australia. We're known for our precision, presentation, and relationships built on trust and performance.

We're now seeking an Account & Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of key sites, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and quality standards are consistently met.

This role is client-facing and focused on communication, quality assurance, and service coordination—not hands-on cleaning.

Experience in cleaning or facilities is an advantage, but not essential. What matters most is your professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make clients feel valued and supported.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships across your site portfolio
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
  • Liaise with operations and cleaning teams to ensure service standards are met
  • Manage and resolve client feedback with clarity and accountability
  • Prepare monthly reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
