The Company:

Hexcom IT Group an emerging management and consulting group in Australia is looking to expand its footprint in the public and private sector.

The Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a talented and results-driven Social Media Specialist available on a fulltime basis. You will be responsible for creating Social Media Contents and leading the Social Media campaigns and driving the strategic marketing direction for our organisation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execut social media strategies across multiple platforms
  • Manage social media ad campaigns, optimizing for ROI and conversion rates
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and captions aligned with brand identity
  • Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools
  • Collaborat with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility
  • Boost followers and engagement rates by implementing an organic and paid content strategy
  • Launch successful social media campaigns
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to adjust content strategies accordingly
  • Manage brand reputation by responding to comments, reviews, and messages promptly

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in contents creation managing marketing campaigns and budgets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Take accountability for the financial reporting and management of Marketing budget
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability building effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media community management and content generation
