Newman Construction Pty Ltd has an Apprentice Carpenter position open for applications in Brisbane to commence immediately.

As a Newman Construction apprentice, you will be working with a highly motivated and skilled team of tradesman and apprentices. We have a large volume of work in our construction pipeline for 2026 and into the future.  As an employee you will be provided a safe, inclusive and diverse workplace that rewards hard work and commitment, you will be working side by side with a team of talented craftsman.

About the ideal applicant:

  • Will be passionate about construction and be wanting to develop a long term career within the building industry.
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Take pride in his/ her work
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Have a current drivers license and vehicle
  • Display good work ethic
  • Able to work as a team and autonomously
  • Have a basic tool set up; Tool Belt/ Drill kit etc.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS -

All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and be a minimum age of 15 years old at commencement. Must hold a current drivers license or P plate license and have an operational vehicle. A company ute will be provided to the correct applicant.
