Position: Service Repairs and Vendor Management

Location: Melbourne

Duration: 13 months

Detailed Job Description

  • Need to raise Repair requests with OEMs as per Client repair requirements
  • Raise shipment tags and send hardware devices to OEM for repairs (Need to be in person at Client Location)
  • Follow up OEMs and once repairs are completed book return shipments
  • Once shipments received – check and return to client (Need to be in person at Client Location)

Must Have Skills:

  • Service repairs, Vendor Management
  • L1 Support experience

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Transport and Logistics
  • Experience on JIRA or Service now

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Raise Repair Requests with OEMs
  • Ship and Receive devices for repair (Need to be available in person at Client site)
  • Follow up with multiple vendors for repairs
