Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Westmead Fertility Centre Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About Us

Westmead Fertility Centre is a pioneering fertility clinic owned by The University of Sydney, proudly serving patients since 1984. With a values-driven, people-centred culture, we consistently exceed national benchmarks for employee satisfaction and are recognised as an Employer of Choice (Peter Berry Consultants, 2025).

At Westmead Fertility Centre, we believe the journey to parenthood should be built on belief - not cost. As a profit-for-purpose organisation, we reinvest operating surpluses into research, laboratory innovation, and patient care, rather than distributing profits. This model empowers us to deliver world-class fertility treatment that is affordable, accessible, and uncompromising on quality.

Through our partnership with the NSW Government's Affordable IVF Initiative, we offer some of the lowest-cost IVF in NSW, while maintaining scientific excellence and clinical rigor. Our Remote Cycle Program further expands access, enabling patients in regional and rural areas of NSW to receive monitoring close to home and travel only for essential procedures - bringing equitable fertility care to communities across the state.

For over four decades, our multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, embryologists, scientists, nurses, and counsellors has delivered personalised care grounded in compassion, research, and technical excellence.

We are now entering a transformative phase, driven by innovation, digital advancement, and a bold vision for the future of reproductive medicine. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a scientific leader to join our team and help shape the next chapter of fertility care in Australia.
