Completing 160+ solar and battery installations per month, we're expanding and looking to start our 10th inhouse team.

The Role

We're looking for an electrical apprentice with minimum 1 year solar experience to join our installation team.

You'll be working closely with our SAA accredited electricians as well as the Victorian installation manager to deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality solar installs across VIC.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of residential solar PV systems
  • Work confidently on rooftops; panel placement, racking, and cable runs
  • Maintain safety standards and follow all WHS procedures
  • Support electricians with battery or inverter installations where required
  • Load, unload, and prepare materials and equipment for each job
  • Communicate effectively with the team and customers onsite
  • Keep job sites clean, organised, and professional

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1yr experience working with solar installations is required.
  • Experience working in residential installations, across multiple roof types and pitches
  • Excellent work ethic, teamwork, and reliability
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow directions from supervisors
  • Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship

Required Qualifications

  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Working at Heights certification
  • "Working Safely in the Solar Industry" qualification
  • Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
  • Full working rights in Australia

(Additional training or accreditations in solar installation will be highly regarded.)
