Be the driving force behind our ambitious medical aesthetic company. With a solid base in the inner west and expansion plans into premium inner east suburbs, we're seeking a visionary Business Development Manager to develop and deliver the blueprint for growth.

The Role

This is a career defining role for a leader with proven success in scaling clinics. Working closely with the management team, you'll shape strategy and execution to achieve budgets.

You will:

  • Create and deliver a growth plan across multiple locations
  • Optimise product mix, booking systems, staffing and marketing
  • Lead recruitment and retention of nurses and clinical staff
  • Explore innovative staffing models and remuneration strategies
  • Ensure compliance, SOPs and operational excellence

About You

You're a results driven leader with both strategic vision and hands on clinic management experience. You can demonstrate previous success in building, managing and scaling medical aesthetic business profitability.
