ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for an epic GROUP FITNESS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACH who is looking to build a career, not just a job.  Your role will be to help facilitate studio growth, member retention and provide an exceptional training experience to every member.

Our Coaches are the face of our business. They are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical to the growth of our member base, from making members feel welcome the moment they step in our studio, to motivating, inspiring and guiding them through our workouts, to playing an active role in recruiting new members and retaining our existing ones.

Our Coaches will use their knowledge, skills and abilities to teach safe/effective exercise at all times and will use their great personalities to make BFT the best training experience anywhere. Ideally, you will have the flexibility to cover morning and/or evening shifts.

  • A Strength & Conditioning Coach - Someone who has strong focus on form & safety

ABOUT YOU:

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

  • Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training (minimum)
  • Experience in a group training environment
  • Highly motivated and have a passion to succeed
  • Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
  • Passion for the health and fitness industry and want to change people's lives
