Smarter Communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Branch Manager
to lead our Tweed-based Community Management Team. This is a pivotal leadership role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and business performance.

About The Role
Reporting to the State Manager, you'll oversee a team of Community Managers and branch employees. Your mission: drive customer retention and growth, foster employee engagement and wellbeing, and lead a profitable, progressive branch aligned with strategic goals. You'll be the face of exceptional service, a mentor to your team, and a champion of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Leadership: Inspire and develop your team, embed training programs, and cultivate a psychologically safe and inclusive workplace.
  • Customer Leadership: Champion a customer-first culture, resolve escalated issues, and support retention and growth strategies.
  • Business Leadership: Manage budgets, drive revenue, and identify new business opportunities while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Change Leadership: Lead transformation initiatives, implement new systems and processes, and guide your team through change with empathy.
  • Industry Leadership: Represent Smarter Communities at industry events, contribute to award nominations, and build a strong professional profile.

What You'll Bring

  • Relevant state licensing (Class 1 Licence NSW)
  • Qualifications in Management, Real Estate, Business, or related fields
  • Proven success in leading medium to large teams in a client-focused environment
  • Strong financial and business acumen, especially in budget management
  • Deep understanding of Body Corporate/Strata legislation
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for empowering others
