  • Under the guidance of our directors and senior property lawyers, your role will involve:
    • Daily client interactions and problem-solving
    • Communication with banks, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers
    • Settlement coordination and correspondence drafting
    • Delivering exceptional client service
    • Managing residential and commercial conveyances from initiation to completion (including off-the-plan and registered properties)
    • Assisting with retail, commercial, and industrial leases, encompassing agreements, leases, incentives, assignments, surrenders, and variations
    • License agreements
