Role Description

Health & Safety Coordinator

Full-Time | Commercial & Industrial Construction | WA

We're seeking a proactive
Health & Safety Coordinator
to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, this role is hands-on and site-focused, ensuring safe practices are embedded across all projects while fostering a strong safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor WHS systems across construction sites.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
  • Deliver inductions, training, and on-site coaching for staff and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents, maintain registers, and drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, and ISO standards.

About You:

  • Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
  • Construction White Card (mandatory).
  • 2–3+ years' HSE experience in commercial/industrial construction.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on, practical approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
