Production Coordinator

Durablend Pty Ltd – Sydney

Durablend Pty Ltd is a leading contract manufacturer specialising in food and nutraceutical powders. We are seeking a detail-driven Production Planning Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our high-volume FMCG facility running smoothly.

About the Role

In this fast-paced environment, you will:

  • Liaise with customers to have stock delivered and collected
  • Enter, update, and close production orders in the ERP system
  • Track and reconcile raw materials, ingredients, and packaging
  • Provide SOH and Reconciliation reports to customers
  • Facilitate production meetings with customers
  • Maintain accurate, compliant records for traceability and audits
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and meet KPIs
  • Support continuous improvement and efficient reporting

This role offers career progression opportunities, with potential to grow into a junior production planning position.

About You

  • Background in administration, data entry, or production support (FMCG/manufacturing ideal)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
