We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Systems Estimating Manager to lead our Systems Estimating team and support the delivery of high-quality estimating services across the Burbank Group.

This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining and developing our estimating systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with national product strategies. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Drafting, RD&D, and Estimating to support new product rollouts, pricing updates, and system enhancements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of client options, display items, and recipes in Databuild and ClickHome Tender
  • Manage the rollout of new products, promotions, and pricing updates across multiple states
  • Ensure data accuracy and validation across estimating systems
  • Create and maintain master BOQs and retail pricing for all dwelling types
  • Collaborate with Procurement to align recipes with supply agreements and maintain company margins
  • Resolve estimating issues and support continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Lead and support the Systems Estimating team to meet productivity targets

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales or production estimating
  • Strong skills in plan checking, material take-offs, and formula creation
  • High accuracy in bill creation and quantity management
  • Solid understanding of domestic home construction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Databuild, ClickHome, CanIBuild, and Constructive (preferred)
