About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Disability and Mental Health Support Workers to join our growing team. Roles are available for immediate start across the Perth metro area.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with daily living and personal care
- Provide social and community participation support
- Help implement healthy lifestyle practices and routines
- Support individuals with complex behaviours and medication requirements
- Empower participants to build skills, independence, and confidence
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and the Hope Circle team
Shift Information
- Flexible shifts available, Monday to Sunday (timings and length of shifts may vary)
- Day, afternoon, night (active & passive) shifts
- Flexibility is essential
What We're Looking For
- Certificate III in Disability or Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent experience)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Australian working rights
- Valid driver's licence & own vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Experience supporting people with autism and/or complex behaviours
- Strong communication, professionalism, and a person-centred approach
- Nursing background (desirable but not essential)
