Health Safety Environment Coordinator

Reporting to the HSE Lead, the HSE Coordinator will work alongside the Site Manager and Project Manager to deliver on the following responsibilities.
Liaising with Site Managers/Supervisors for subcontractor management including SWMS reviews.
Coordinating and delivering site inductions for all contractors on-site.
Ensuring our Safety, Environment systems are effectively implemented on-site.
Conducting site audits and site inspections.
Collect and maintain HSE records of reported injuries, hazards, incidents, and near misses.
Overseeing daily sign-in processes to ensure compliance.
Liaising with project personnel and subcontractors to resolve issues, investigate and implementing corrective actions.
Prepare and submit monthly reports and statistics.
Staying up to date with and implementing legislative and regulatory changes.
Assist with regular Toolbox Talks and Pre-starts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using Hammertech, or similar, is desirable.
Excellent communication - verbal and written skills.
