About The Role
The Workforce Analyst works as part of the Reporting & Insights Initiative team within Insurance Operations. This role is responsible for working with the Insurance Operations Leaders to understand their strategy and deliver optimised resourcing plans to ensure service levels are met whilst balancing cost, customer and people outcomes, using best practice Workforce Management principles.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Operations Support Leader & Reporting & Insights Initiative Lead to establish and implement frameworks and supporting practices to assist Insurance Operations team with resource planning to deliver effective outcomes
  • Work with Operations Support Leader to ensure effective utilisation of Operations Support function to ensure work and resources are planned and balanced across Insurance Operations
  • Work collaboratively with Leaders across Insurance Operations to understand and deliver a resourcing plan enabling key and prioritised workloads and SLA's to be met
  • Work with the Reporting & Insights Initiative team and productivity tool to create accurate workload, service level and FTE requirement forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Assist Operations Leadership Team to manage demands of projects outside of Operations, where SME capability is required in addition to BAU requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in workforce management or business analysis orientated role, in an autonomous environment with a geographically dispersed team (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years working in financial services (preferably insurance)
  • Experience building successful business relationships with and influencing First Line and Business Leader stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Workforce Planning practices and methodology including Insurance Operations, key metrics and factors that influence them
  • Proficient in building Tableau Reporting Dashboards, Power BI, write SQL scripts and have intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
