**Workforce Management Analyst**

**The Role**

Our Trainee Workforce Management Consultant will undertake an onboarding and training program prior to being involved with customer projects, supporting with mentorship, the implementation of Tambla solutions to their customers.

**Skills and Experience**

This is a unique opportunity for a team player who is looking for that opportunity to get stuck into learning and doing exciting work. You may have some customer service experience and nearing completion or completed your university degree and looking for your first role to showcase what you have learnt and capable of.
- Nearly completed or recently graduated from with a university degree.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
