Positions Available

·       Provider Management Contact (PMC) / Area Manager

·       Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor

·       Room Leaders (Diploma or ECT qualified)

·       Early Childhood Educators (Cert III,Diploma, & ECT)

·       Chef / Cook (Childcare experience preferred)

·       Casual Educators & Support Staff

We have opportunities across our South and South-East Melbourne centres for passionate, professional individuals who love making a difference in the lives of children and families.

·       PMC / Area Manager – Support multiple services, mentor leaders, and ensure operational excellence.

·       Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor – Lead with purpose, inspire your team, and maintain high-quality standards.

·       Room Leaders – Guide your room, mentor your team, and create joyful, engaging learning experiences.

·       Educators – Nurture curiosity and creativity through play-based learning.

·       Chef / Cook – Prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals and bring warmth to mealtimes.

·       Casual Educators – Enjoy flexibility and variety across our beautiful centres.

About You

·       Passionate about early childhood education and quality practice.

·       Professional, reliable, and a positive team player.

·       Qualified (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).

·       Holding a valid Working With Children Check and First Aid certificate.

· For Chef roles) Holding a Food Safety Certificate and experience in childcare catering.
