We are looking for an Experienced Strata Manager,that holds a Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Management Licence in NSW to join our growing and supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and/or commercial strata schemes.
• Coordinate and chair meetings such as AGMs and EGMs.
• Ability to interpret legislation and apply to real life scenarios, and provide clear and accurate guidance to committees on compliance, legislation, and best practices.
• Liaise with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders in a responsive and professional manner.
• Prepare budgets, levies, and financial reports in conjunction with our finance team.
• Handle correspondence, maintenance requests, and disputes with efficiency and integrity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to software and technology in an IT-advanced work environment
