Recruitment Specialist – Head Office (Foundry Road)

What You'll Do
  • Analyse and improve recruitment processes, using dashboards and data to drive decisions.
  • Develop and manage talent pools to ensure we hire the best—fast
  • Identify creative solutions for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Keep recruitment documentation up to date and ensure compliance with approvals.
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Champion safety and wellbeing in all you do.
What You Bring
  • Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with systems and data
  • Experience with LiveHire / Humanforce will be well regarded
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
