Your new company Exciting Opportunity for Sitecore Developer to join our public sector client for 6 months on projects. The role with Hays Technology for our largest government client.

At the core of client business, to manage the essential services of offered for the department needs.

The .Net Sitecore Developer within the Technology Operations team will undertake maintenance of digital experience and Sitecore platform code including solution design, development, maintenance, tuning and deployment services across the operate function and multiple delivery projects. You will also be required to maintain the technical documentation required for the digital platform.

Key Technical Capabilities

  • Proven experience in designing and developing Microsoft .NET web applications using C#, VB.NET, .NET 6 and above and .NET Core, MVC framework etc.,
  • Ability to write Microsoft SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexes with key consideration on best database performance optimisation techniques.
  • Hands-on expertise with version 9 and 10.x versions of Sitecore and be able to develop and operate Sitecore based web applications with the ability to diagnose production faults.
  • Be able to perform minor front-end fixes/enhancements using Angular framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Visual Studio, ReSharper, Bamboo, Octopus, Jenkins, Bitbucket and Jira.
  • Prior experience working in Agile teams with either Scrum or Kanban frameworks along with prior experience in using Confluence.
  • Advantage having prior experience in AWS Redis, Aurora, RDS and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with OAUTH/OIDC
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, improving, and developing SQL database tables
  • Experience with REACT and NodeJS
