The Position

  • Registering and processing of export documentation
  • Preparing and coordinating perishable export shipments
  • Booking and coordinating along with liaising with airlines and transport companies
  • Providing customer shipment status updates and solutions to customer service team
  • Strong relationship building with external stakeholders and customers
  • Liaising with internal departments

The Requirements

To be successful in this role you will display:

  • Proven export air freight forwarding experience
  • Proven experience in handling perishable goods
  • Cargowise experience would be highly regarded
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptable and strong work ethic in a fast paced environment
  • Full time working rights within Australia
