**The Company**
This company has developed into one of the largest international logistics providers. With their high-performance products, Airfreight, Seafreight, Road & Rail, and Contract Logistics, they always offer the right solution for the complex logistics requirements of their customers and rely on future-oriented digital services for maximum transparency and more efficient supply chains.

**The Position**
As my client's business has gone from strength to strength, they are now seeking an
- Ensure export air consignments are processed to meet customer expectations and designated KPIs
- Uphold customer service excellence
- Work together with the Export air team to ensure quality and accuracy of work delivered
- Carry out export workflow processes in accordance with management directives, customer instructions, SOPs, and specified requirements
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships with customers (internal and external), suppliers, and service providers both locally and overseas.
- Ability to problem solve Export issues with a range of stakeholders including but not to limited: airlines, shipping lines, transport providers, co-loaders, and customers.
- Enter data into CW1, accurately and in a timely manner
- Plan and prioritize export shipments from the Export Workbench to achieve milestone requirements, designated KPIs, and deadlines.
- Calculate monetary issues such as invoice costings, GST, etc., and weights and measures in relation to load sizes, space availability, etc.
- Implement and monitor process improvements
- Support the Senior Team Lead & Manager with day-to-day activities, and other reasonable tasks and projects as required.

You will possess the following:

- 2-3 Years experience within the industry
- CargoWise One experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Motivated, flexible, and forward-thinking
- Positive attitude & team player
- Leadership Skills
- High attention to details
- Microsoft office experience (Outlook, Excel)
