About the position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in planning, executing and monitoring marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, member engagement and business growth. This position requires strong organisational skills, creativity and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

All duties and responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Coordinator are expected to be completed in accordance with MOVE Bank's Values and Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels.
• Create detailed campaign plans, timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines, ensuring compliance across all touchpoints.
• Create video scripts and oversee production for promotional and educational content.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement and followers.
• Monitor social conversation and respond to queries promptly.
• Optimise ad creatives and targeting based on performance data.
• Implement SEO practices for website content and blogs.
• Analyse conversion funnels and recommend improvements.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications in digital marketing or analytics (highly regarded).
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content across multiple channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with proactive approach.
