We are seeking a motivated Administration and project support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). This role provides broad administrative support across finance, purchasing, sales, logistics, and customer service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys variety in their day and working as part of a supportive team.

About the Role

As our Administration Officer, you will:

  • Prepare and issue invoices, process payables/receivables, and assist with payroll.
  • Use Xero to maintain accurate finance records and reporting.
  • Maintain records for purchasing, stock management, and job costing.
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and reception.
  • Coordinate freight and logistics with couriers and suppliers.
  • Support sales administration including processing orders and quotations.
  • Manage general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administration, accounts, or logistics coordination.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration, accounts, or logistics coordination.
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A clear communicator with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Must have permanent right to work in Australia
