We are recruiting for our 159-place custom designed service Wallaby Lollypop Creek located near the Harpley Town Centre.  Next door to Lollypop Creek Primary School, and with the new extension of Ison Rd to the freeway underway, we are well situated to meet the community needs.   Ideally you will have experience with Owna and two years (plus) management experience and have a passion for marketing and mentoring.

For a Leadership Role you must:

  • Hold a minimum of a Diploma of Children's Services as approved by the National Authority
  • Hold a current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training
  • Hold a valid employee Working With Children Check
  • Two years (plus) management experience (preferred)
  • Be confident with leading and mentoring staff
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be experienced implementing the National Quality Framework
  • Have a solid understanding of the National and Victorian Early Years' Frameworks
  • Be passionate about Early Years' Education
  • Be looking to commit to a role long term
