Maintenance & Systems Support Officer

Location: Fremantle, WA

Employment Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: $41.26 per hour flat rate on all hours

Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

The Maintenance & Systems Support Officer provides efficient and effective administrative support to the Maintenance team with its day to day functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with assigned data entry tasks, including contract management
  • Provide document management support through the use of Content Manager and SharePoint
  • Update and maintain the maintenance meeting action register and follow up on overdue items
  • Assist with reconciling credit cards and completing insurance claims
  • Coordinate purchase orders in collaboration with procurement and accounts payable teams ensuring correct process is followed and cost centres allocated
  • Support the team with scanning, filing and renaming of documentation and reports

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support
  • Well-developed computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 (Excel, Forms, SharePoint and Teams)
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, that demonstrate an ability to liaise with people at all levels and with sensitive customer issues in a confidential manner
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment and to prioritise important issues
  • Strong time management and organisation skills and ability to work to both planned deadlines and to manage urgent, ad hoc requests
  • Good attention to detail
