**Job Title:** Maintenance Coordinator

 

The role of a Maintenance Coordinator is crucial in supporting the planning and execution of maintenance activities. The individual will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of Main Work Lists (MWL) for Anzac Class Ships External Maintenance Periods (EMPs).

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Compile Planned Maintenance, Engineering Change (EC), and Defect repair tasks to create and maintain a MWL.
  • Collaborate with Platform Group for integration of Combat TRS' into each EMP package ahead of delivery of a 'Master' MWL for each EMP.
  • Develop detailed maintenance requirements for Combat Systems tasks.
  • Deliver MWL1 and MWL2 for each EMP on or before the KDS date, adhering to reporting requirements.
  • Identify long lead time material requirements for MWL tasks and coordinate procurement and staging with the Supply Chain Team in sufficient time to support EMP execution.
  • Incorporate outcomes and recommendations from the EMP Analysis Team and the wider Alliance participants to foster a continuous improvement culture for work package maturity and accuracy.

 

About You:

 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication styles to suit the target audience.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, build, and maintain dashboard reports to support executive reporting.
  • Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of ANZAC platform systems and maintenance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Asset Management and Planning Systems (AMPS).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Australian citizenship.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance.
