As energy prices continue to rise and demand for sustainable solutions grows, we are expanding our team. We're looking for a motivated Customer Support Consultant to join our team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Product Support Team Lead, this role will involve daily management of enquiries from our clients as we continue to grow and launch new products into the market in

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance and configuration
  • Organise your day, including tracking and responding customers to provide solutions
  • Regular meetings and reporting to your manager to ensure service standards and expectations are met
  • Identifying and monitoring emerging issues while executing proactive measures for resolution
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry and products
  • Contribute to an emerging and exciting industry
