About the Role
- Coordinating onboarding processes using Inject's procedures, ensuring timely contracts, policy sign-off, and completion of onboarding documentation
- Administering employee feedback programs — surveys, exit interviews, and engagement check-ins and reporting results using Inject templates
- Drafting and updating position descriptions using Inject's methodology, including accountabilities and performance measures
- Implementing and maintaining HR technology platform (Employment Hero) to streamline HR administration
- Coordinating engaging new-entrant training by identifying key role competencies and developing tailored learning and assessment activities
- Responding to basic HR and legislative queries, such as leave entitlements, NES provisions, and award conditions.
- Monitoring and providing regular updates on client HR plans
