Location: Remote (Australia-based), optional team meet-ups in Gold Coast, QLD.

About the Role

We're looking for a Salesforce Architect & Transformation Lead to own, optimise, and grow our

Salesforce ecosystem while driving our two-year digital transformation roadmap.

This is a newly created senior role and a key enabler of our growth. You'll be part architect, part

strategist, and part hands-on builder — translating business needs into scalable, elegant, and

efficient technology solutions.

It's a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment and

understands both operational reality and how to get the most out of Salesforce to make a business

more effective, efficient, and scalable.

What You'll Do

● Take ownership of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing

Cloud).

● Design and deliver scalable, reliable solutions across automation, integrations, and data

architecture.

● Translate business needs into well-documented, actionable technical solutions.

● Manage Salesforce-related projects, balancing BAU improvements with transformation

initiatives.

● Partner with senior leaders to align digital solutions with business priorities.

● Audit system performance and adoption, recommending continuous improvements.

● Stay ahead of Salesforce releases and leverage emerging technologies (e.g. GenAI, agentic

platforms).

What You'll Bring

Experience & Knowledge

● 8+ years in Salesforce-focused roles (Admin, Consultant, Architect).

● A proven track record leading Salesforce optimisation and transformation projects

end-to-end.

● Deep experience across Sales Cloud, FSL, and CPQ (certs to back it up).

● Serious skills in automation (Flow Builder), data management, and integrations.

● Experience in B2B/B2C service operations with field teams (big tick).

● Strong stakeholder engagement, project management, and change management ability.

● Salesforce certifications that prove your chops: Advanced Administrator, Architect

(System/App/B2B/B2C Solution), Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder

(mandatory).
