About the Role
BYD Sunshine Coast are seeking a confident and driven Car Care Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll introduce customers to a range of premium vehicle protection products and accessories, helping them enhance, personalise, and protect their new vehicle investment.

  • Present a range of car care and protection products to new car buyers
  • Tailor product recommendations based on individual customer needs
  • Coordinate installation and delivery of purchased products
  • Manage customer follow-up and maintain accurate records
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Current driver's licence
