The Ballina RSLhas some fantastic opportunities for passionate Bar/Gaming Staff to join our Club.

  • Competitive pay rates
  • $6 per day food and beverage allowance
  • We offer flexible hours between 15-38 hours based on your availability

Tasks and Duties

  • Ensure efficient and accurate completion of gaming payout procedures
  • Maintain high security vigilance of the gaming machines
  • Attend to all gaming machine player requests
  • Maintain a clean and tidy gaming room
  • Ensure quality beverages and food products are provided consistently for all customers
  • Adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
  • Ensuring that you are aware of all daily functions including stock replenishment and ordering

About You

To be successful, you will:

  • Previous Gaming & Bar experience preferred however in house training will be supplied.
  • Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
  • Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
  • Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
  • Availability to work evenings & late nights up until 2am
  • Willing to learn and develop your skills
  • Current RCG and RSA.
