We're looking for a passionate and driven Casual Club All Rounder to join our Health Club team and help deliver safe, effective, and engaging fitness programs tailored to our diverse member base.

*What You'll Be Doing*

• Supervise the gym floor and engage with members to promote safety and motivation
• Design and deliver personalised one-on-one, partner, and group training sessions
• Educate members on exercise physiology and proper lifting techniques
• Promote personal training services and support member retention
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming fitness environment
• Complete daily operational tasks and contribute to team goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and staff training

*Things That Matter to Us*

• Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
• Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
• Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2025 Influenza vaccination
• Police Clearance
• Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
