Whether you're supporting in the classroom or behind the scenes, your contribution helps shape brighter futures for generations to come.

Why Work With Us
Every child and young person deserves a great education.

We have a strategy that aims to unlock every child's potential now and into the future, one that in partnership with learners, students, parents, and the wider South Australian community will build a world-leading public education system. One that is equitable and prioritises learning and wellbeing.

Together we will make our education system the best it can be.

When our children and young people thrive, so do our communities and our state.

About The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you'll be the engine behind the scenes, providing high-level, personal, and confidential administrative support to our Education Directors and Local Education Teams (LETs). Your role will be essential to keeping things running smoothly, ensuring our leaders and teams can focus on what matters most - delivering quality education to every child, in every community.

You'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including school principals, preschool directors, families, service partners and government agencies, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver.

You'll need to juggle competing priorities, respond to complex requests with care and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems and practices. Your work will directly support the Schools and Preschools division's commitment to educational excellence.

This is a talent pool opportunity. While positions are not available right now, by registering your interest, you'll be considered for future vacancies as they arise. When a role becomes available, we'll review this pool and may invite suitable candidates to interview and potentially join our passionate team.
