Jema Clinic is seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Front of House Administration Officer to join our friendly and dedicated team. As a busy, patient-focused medical practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional healthcare services and outstanding customer care to our community.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum two years' experience in a primary healthcare or medical reception environment
  • Proficiency in Best Practice medical software (essential)
  • Daily operational experience with Best Practice software is required to effectively manage patient records and clinical workflows
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities within a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail in all administrative duties
  • Australian citizenship is required for this position
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for all patients and visitors
  • Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and referral processes
  • Process billing, payments, and Medicare claims efficiently and accurately
  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily services
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with all healthcare and privacy regulations
