We are seeking to hire qualified high care support workers to join our tight-knit team in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Having experience with high care clients and being able to perform personal care services is essential for the role.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of Certificate III/IV Individual Support
  • Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
  • Reliability and compassion for the elderly and disabled
  • Experience in providing support services to elderly or disabled people in a home environment
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated safe work practices, infection control, clinical care and manual handling skills, or equivalent study

For this role, a driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle is essential.

Support workers are also required to hold a Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Check.

Pay: $41.08 – $43.24 per hour
